Puppy Course
PUPPY COURSE

Puppyhood is the best time to lay the foundations for good behaviour. Now is the time to start teaching good manners, both in the home and out, with people and with other dogs. The Puppy Course is exclusively for puppies under 20 weeks old and is all about giving puppies a headstart to their training and socialisation. Topics covered in this course include recall, walking on lead, puppy biting, chewing, sit, down, handling and attention.

Adult Beginner
ADULT BEGINNER

Ideally it is best to begin training in puppyhood. However, it's never too late to start and you can teach old dogs new tricks! Adult dogs will already have some degree of training, whether from being taught at home by owners, past or present, or having learned things for themselves. This course teaches owners how to simplify and consolidate their training in order to achieve great results. Topics covered include recall, walking on lead, working with mild distractions, sit, down, and stay.

Behaviour
BEHAVIOUR

Some issues cannot be tackled effectively in a class situation. Issues involving aggression, fear or home-centred behaviours are best addressed at home. Once a history has been gathered, including information on health, diet, training and lifestyle, a personal behaviour modification programme will be devised for your dog. Fees start from £125 and include the initial in-home consultation, the behaviour modification programme and phone and email support post-visit. If a follow-up visit is required, the fee for this is £30.

To make an appointment, please ask your vet for a referral or contact Pam
